No Value Contract Review Request

No Value Contract Review Request should be utilized for a contract that does not require any financial transactions within CFS or issuance of a zero dollar PO. For example CES Least Agreement, Student Teaching/Placement, Nursing Agreement, Internship Agreement, Athletics Contest Agreement, Art Loan Agreement.

Please do not utilize this process for zero dollar PO. EREQ should be submitted for a zero dollar PO request.
