How to add a Google Shared Folder to your Shared My Drive

Please note, this option is only available to users utilizing the Google Drive File Stream from a computer.

  1. Open up the link to the trust fund certification folder by selecting the link provided in your email:
 

 

  1. Select the down arrow and ‘Add Shortcut to Drive’ option. This option will allow you to access the individual agreements through the Google File Stream folder option from your desktop.

 

  1. Now you can easily access all your trust fund certifications from your ‘MyDrive’ shortcut. You can open, review, and digitally sign each agreement without the need to download or re-uploading. Once you have signed or certified each of your trust certifications, you have completed the certification requirements.
