How to add a Google Shared Folder to your Shared My Drive
Please note, this option is only available to users utilizing the Google Drive File Stream from a computer.
- Open up the link to the trust fund certification folder by selecting the link provided in your email:
- Select the down arrow and ‘Add Shortcut to Drive’ option. This option will allow you to access the individual agreements through the Google File Stream folder option from your desktop.
- Now you can easily access all your trust fund certifications from your ‘MyDrive’ shortcut. You can open, review, and digitally sign each agreement without the need to download or re-uploading. Once you have signed or certified each of your trust certifications, you have completed the certification requirements.
